Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

  • Our goal is to process all orders within 1 business day of receipt, providing the merchandise is in stock
  • Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours
  • Orders are shipped via FedEx as selected during the checkout process.
  • If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Merchandise is being shipped from Phoenix, Arizona. Please allow up to 7 days, via standard shipping method, for delivery.


Return Policy:

We will accept your return, either make an exchange or issue you a refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Products must be returned in the original packaging with original quantity and unused, packaging must be the same condition in which they were shipped.

Please use the following instructions for a return:

  • Please contact 1-800-321-1223, for a return material authorization (RMA) number.
  • Write the RMA on the return label.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the person making the return, unless the incorrect product was shipped to you. If product is damaged upon receipt, the recipient would not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please hold onto your return shipping receipt, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process a refund for product only or ship a replacement product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • We do not accept returns on custom orders or clearance items.
